Heinolan Ampujat shooting club was founded in 1961. The club has c. 500 members. Our goal is to create the best possible surroundings for shooting sports in Heinola, Finland.

Range is open from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm and from Saturday to Sunday from 12pm to 6pm

We operate the following ranges:

    • Shotgun ranges (Trap and Skeet)
    • Silhouette ranges (50 m and 500 m)
    • Elk range (75 m and 100 m)
    • Pistol range (figure and target shooting, 25 m)
    • The Heinola indoor range for air weapons
    • Downstairs at the Ice Stadium, address Urheilukatu 2,
      14 tracks for air weapons (10 m) and 2 running target
      tracks for air weapons (10 m).

    How can I apply for membership? The section Counsellors as well as Board members and the Chairman provide membership application forms. The Board accepts all new members. The application fee for adults is €60 and the fee for those under 18 is €20. The membership fee for adults is €50/year and €10/year for those under 18. As a member you are allowed to shoot at the club ranges (with separate user fees), you can take part in competition events (a competition licence from the Finnish Shooting Sport Federation is required), and you also receive Urheiluampuja magazine published by the FSSF at home.

    Every year various groups visit the club, most of which are school groups (200-300 persons each winter).
